My PHILOSOPHY
FITNESS SHOULD BE FUN!
I understand that gyms can be intimidating places, and I want to work with you to develop confidence and understanding in fitness. I want you to feel good and to have a great time doing it!
I prioritize proper technique, injury prevention, and progression at a pace that matches each individual’s capabilities. Every client is unique, and I work hard to create a personalised plan to suit your fitness level and goals.

Xander is the most upbeat, positive coach I've had in CrossFit. His skills as an athlete are insane, which in turn motivate and encourage me/his clients. You can't not enjoy his classes, other than perhaps his choice of music! A great coach and really good fun to be around
