This is your time. We’ll work together to create a program that’s focused on your goals, whether that’s getting stronger, faster, or more technically sharp. No distractions, no fluff—just you, me, and a relentless commitment to crushing your personal bests. We’ll cover everything from technique to mental toughness, with tailored sessions for your specific needs.

All sessions are based at TAG in Kent which is 10 minutes from Sevenoaks and Tonbridge.

Want to add some friendly competition or even more laughs to your sessions?

Group coaching is perfect if you’re new to the gym and need some extra accountability. You and up to two friends can train together while still getting personalised attention, making it easier to learn the ropes without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you’re all aiming for the same goals or each have your own fitness missions, we’ll break it down step-by-step so you feel confident and supported from day one.

It’s like having your own mini team—motivating each other, learning together, and making sure everyone stays on track. I’ll be right there leading the charge, guiding you through every workout. You’ll get the focus of 1-2-1 coaching, but with the added fun and encouragement that comes from training with friends.
